Want to see what else we can do for your art biz?
Let's get to work. Here's how to get your contest ready for launch.
Author and schedule the Facebook Post.
2️⃣ Stitch the ManyChat Comment Growth Tool to the Facebook post.
3️⃣ Create the ManyChat Messenger Link Growth Tool.
4️⃣ Create your contest Flow.
Here's a look at the actual Facebook post from Mathieu's contest:
And here is the actual Flow we used for his contest. You can make it full screen, zoom in and out, and even preview it!
The secret sauce to any bot building operation is in previewing your Flow often, and adjusting the timing of things to keep the conversational flowing (pun intended) and feeling natural.
5️⃣ One last test to make sure everything is good to go.
6️⃣ Stitch the flows to the Growth Tools.
Start your engines, it's time to launch your contest! The timing here is EVERYTHING.
1️⃣ The initial email send.
2️⃣ The additional Instagram work.
Facebook & Instagram Ads
Lets pour some gas on the fire and get our Ads rolling.
First though...your contest is rolling by now. Wonder how people are enjoying it?
Awesome. Now let's get the Ads up and running.
1️⃣ Set up your Facebook Ad.
2️⃣ Set up your Instagram Ad.
3️⃣ Another option, boost your Instagram posts.
During the Contest
You're not done yet! Here's what you should be focusing on while your contest is running.
What you put in here, is what you are going to get out. Do the Work.
The bottom line: Respond to every single comment. If you are just getting started, make the responses longer. If you have a lot of comments already then a short reply will do. Either way respond to every comment and chat you possibly can.
End the Contest + The Final Broadcast ?
Let's shut the contest down and then send our final broadcast and hopefully either pay off or get some ROI on our Ad spend.
Step 1 is end the contest and stop paying for Ads.
Here is how we recommend you end your contest. The exact flow we used is embedded below.
Step 2 is to announce the winner, with a twist...
The final broadcast, the moment of truth, where the magic happens:

And here is the Flow that is opened in the broadcast:
